What to have ready for the walkthrough
It helps to know your approximate square footage, how many people use the building each day, your business hours, any alarm or key procedures, and what's bothered you most about past cleaning. Don't worry if you don't have all of it. We'll figure out the rest on site.

If you already have a cleaning service and aren't happy with it, tell us what's been going wrong: missed visits, inconsistent crews, restrooms that run out of supplies, or no one answering the phone.
